My Coaching Style
Part Coach, Part Intuitive, Part Accountability Support:
I help seekers create meaningful, positive, sustainable change in their lives.
Together, we look at the big picture of the now and of the can-be, and then we’ll build the bridge between them.
Am I the Right Coach for You?
My coaching style is curious, open-minded, open-hearted, and experimental. I’ll listen and guide, and I’ll ask (sometimes tough) questions.
I won’t give advice, but I will help you hear your own inner voice and see what advice it’s offering.
Folks who tend to be a good match:
Value creativity (you don’t have to be an artist!), new perspectives, and a diverse, interconnected world.
Consider themselves lifelong learners or information seekers who value curiosity.
Want gentle accountability in a self-driven process.
Are ready to commit to their own growth over a period of time and a cadence of sessions we’ll determine together.
Folks who are not going to be a good match:
Those who don’t value creativity, new perspectives, and a diverse, interconnected world.
Those who are not interested in learning, seeking, or using curiosity as a tool.
Those who want someone to tell them what to do instead of exploring their own values and goals.
Those who want a “one-and-done” approach to solving short-term problems.
How Does it Work?
Sustainable positive change comes from consistent effort.
If we’re a match for a longer-term coaching relationship, we’ll create a program of sessions designed around a specific transition or outcome (fixed contracts of 6, 8, or 12 time-bound sessions), or longer evolution (monthly sessions with no fixed term).
I do not offer one-off coaching sessions. Why not? Because the deep, transformational work of coaching needs space, time, and commitment from all parties involved. You commit to yourself and to our work, and I commit to you and the positive change you’re working towards.
I do offer business development sessions and group sessions.
